Tournament Entry Terms of Service
- If you are submitting an entry on behalf of a player other than yourself, you certify that you are authorized by that player to do so.
- If the player is a minor you certify that you are the player’s legal guardian or authorized by the player’s legal guardian to submit the entry.
- You consent to showing the player’s name online in entry lists and results pages.
- The player agrees to abide by posted tournament and safety rules, including but not limited to use of masks and social distancing. A player who is ejected for failure to follow these rules will not receive a refund.
- Refunds may be requested until the first round is paired and are subject to a $10 processing fee.
- A player who has been paired and forfeits a round will not receive a refund.
